All captains must have a minimum of the Yachtmaster Offshore certification with commercial endorsement, STCW safety training, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on similar vessels in the charter industry. All first mates / private chefs have a strong passion for culinary delights with at least 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, along with the STCW safety training certification. At least one of the crew team will be Divemaster certified.

Crew attend an extensive training program was designed and perfected over the years by our experienced managers and crew alike to ensure the standards guests expect will be met by all of our wonderful crew teams.

Before your charter commences, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with your crew and talk about the wonderful week ahead and your individual needs. Your captain and private chef make it their priority to ensure that you enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Your Private Chef:
Relax and be pampered of by an experienced chef who will demonstrate a passion for cooking and take pleasure in going the extra mile in food delivery, taste and presentation. Before your arrival, we will ask you to specify your dietary needs, dislikes and any allergies that you may have as your private chef will adjust the menu to suit your individual tastes and needs. Guests enjoy a varied and delicious menu, including cooked or continental breakfasts, tasty appetizers, fresh healthy lunches and 3-course dinners with fabulous desserts.
