Captain Anna
A water baby from an early age, she grew up playing in the ocean, and combing the Palm Beaches, Juno & Jupiter Island in sunny Florida. She spent her youth on power boats along the intra-coastal waterways, and fell in love with sailing in her lat 20’s. Barefoot & salty was the way of life growing up in a costal community. A passion for the sea, she has sailed extensively throughout her maritime career along the Eastern seaboard & ICW from Rhode Island, to the Florida Keys, into the Bahamas, Caribbean, and across the Panama Canal.
She began her career as a Chef, and still enjoys her hand in the galley creating culinary delights on occasion. As an avid photographer, she is always capturing the glory of nature and memorable moments! Her zeal for outdoors doesn’t stop at the Sea, she enjoys her spare time up in the Mountains hiking, and chasing waterfalls. Trail blazing on foot, or mountain biking is a favored pastime. Being “one” with nature is a lifelong motto.
Chef Elizabeth

Early on she embraced her passion for travel and adventure while taking note of all of the diverse cultural flavors from coast to coast. From sky diving at Camp Pendleton to deep sea fishing in the Bahamas and delivering sailboats all around the eastern seaboard & Caribbean, Elizabeth has long considered the islands as home. Her passion for food & flavor made from the freshest ingredients possible allows her to create a variety of geographical dishes. From farm and sea-to-table she encompasses all aspects of what the land & sea has to offer.
