Wife to the Captain, Lindi is also the Admiral!

To say Lindi was born on the beach and in the waves is an understatement. Surfing from a young age, she grew up with the sun and sea in her hair. She loves to meet people. Cooking and travelling are her passions. Spending her life travelling to some of the world’s most exotic destinations. Lindi attended authentic cooking schools learning from the local experts. For Lindi it is important to capture the essence of a dish from it's source, with the freshest ingredients, and in doing so creating tastes that will delight!


Adriaan Coetzee

Aj has been sailing for 7 years, the spirit of adventure driving him to explore stunning locations around the world. His fun and outgoing personality will surely create loads of laughs during your stay onboard Earlybird. If you enjoy diving, water-skiing or any water sports, you will definitely love these activities with Aj. He excels in all water sports, especially water skiing which he started at the age of 7.
AJ worked as a sailing instructor, which is where his passion for the ocean and sailing was born.


Angelee du Toit

Angie has been working as a stewardess for 5 years. She strives to create a warm, welcoming home away from home onboard Earlybird. With an eye for detail Angie adds beauty and style to everything she does. Angie has a friendly and bubbly personality. With her positive attitude she is always there to cater to your every need. With a background in the beauty industry, she adds a creative flair to everything she does & has completed her PYA silver service & cocktail making course and is also a barista. Angie has a love and passion for travel, exploring new locations and learning about different cultures. The best way to do so is by sailing across the oceans.
